March 1 Resolutions DO-OVER

I know, I know, January 1 was a long time ago and we’re already 15% through the year… but I’m calling a New Year’s Resolutions do-over. January simultaneously dragged on forever and passed by in a blink, full of germs and forgetting to write holiday thank-yous and impeachment hearings and the dreaded dark mornings/ dark evenings combo.  I’m wondering if March 1 might be a better re-set/resolution date for most of us anyway.  Spring is around the corner (even though as I type this my kids are off for a snow day), days are lengthening, and everything is starting to feel a bit lighter.

Want to join me in a Resolutions Do-Over?  There’s still time to choose a word or 3-word mantra for 2020 (check out this post from my Talent Impact Partners colleague and Tide Risers leader Marion Biglan), or to choose some habits for health or work that will stick (great ideas in my interview with fitness coach/habit geek Chrissy Heyne).
